Warehouse Manager

Wandsworth | London

    Join our team as a Warehouse Manager in our flagship Wandsworth branch in London. Service in our industry is everything and ensuring our customers (Trade professionals, contractors, and businesses) get the products they need, when they need them, is vital. If you’re someone who values service, safety, responsibility, and likes finding new ways to make things run smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Ideas that improve our workflow, reduce costs, and help delivery timelines. Be prepared to resolve any issues promptly and with confidence.

You’ll need to have at least 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in electrical wholesaling, trade, or manufacturing sectors. You must also be confident using MS Office and be familiar with CRM systems. Understand inventory management best practices, regulations, and logistics. Familiarity with electrical products (e.g., cables, lighting) is a plus, as this is what you’ll be handling everyday!

    Sales Manager

    • Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow sales and take your business forward
    • Manage and develop an internal sales team of 3 people
    • Manage customer enquiries and strengthen customer relationships
    • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities
    • Take ownership of delivering and maintaining high customer service standards
    • Carry yourself with professionalism at all times
    • Deep understanding of prospecting and a track record of developing strong relationships with customers
    • Strong communication skills including listening, verbal and written
    • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
    • Ability to use own initiative and work proactively
