Wandsworth Branch – November 2021
Job Description
We are looking to recruit a full time Domestic Sales Associate. You will be joining a hardworking, friendly, customer service focused, small team based at our branch near Wandsworth Bridge, London SW18.
– Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
– Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing and availability
– Going the extra mile to meet the Customer’s needs
– Holiday Cover
– Data entry in various platforms
– Previous experience of selling large kitchen appliances (Fridges, Washing machines, Tumble dryers) across a broad range of Manufacturers
– Good telephone manner and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
– Experience of customer care would be beneficial plus experience of following an order through from start to finish
– Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
– Good attention to detail
– Conscientious and hard working
This is not a cold-call sales job. Orders are received by phone and email and then processed accordingly.
Ideally we are looking for someone who lives locally to London SW18.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Job Description
We are looking to recruit a pro-active, sales driven, articulate individual to join our friendly team based at Wandsworth Bridge, London SW18. The ideal candidate will have had experience in a sales led environment preferably within the electrical wholesale industry. Some knowledge of Home automation and SMART technology would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
– Identifying new sales leads and opportunities
– Contacting existing customers to advise on our products and services
– Identifying new marketing opportunities
– Assisting the SMART homes / KNX Manager
– Maintain a self-starter attitude to make contact by phone/email to our existing customers to advise in detail on our product range (Particularly home automation and SMART technology)
– Attend manufactures’ product trainings and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure
– Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
– Keep an accurate record of all contacts made and ensure an effective and timely follow up of leads
– Answer incoming sales enquiries by phone or email
– Follow up quotes and enquiries
Only candidates with previous relevant experience will be considered
– Must have a good attention to detail and be able to manage projects without constant supervision
– Must be computer literate and adapt well to new systems
– Excellent telephone manner required and comfortable cold calling

Edinburgh Branch – March 2022
Job Description
Location: Edinburgh Branch, Peffermill Industrial Estate, 25 King’s Haugh, Edinburgh EH16 5UY
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking 1x Warehouse operative and 1x Driver to join our team.
Main duties include:
– Accurate order picking and packing
– Carry out stock checks and housekeeping duties as required
– Manual handling involving bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations
– Carry out deliveries
– Obtaining proof of delivery at delivery point
– Interacting with Customers at point of delivery
– Checking stock into the warehouse and notifying of discrepancies
– Operating a fork lift truck
– Carrying out other tasks and duties as required
– Working as part of a team
– The job would suit someone with previous warehouse / delivery driver experience
Experience and skills:
– Knowledge and experience of working in a warehouse environment
– A valid Fork lift truck licence would be beneficial (but not essential)
– Manual handling involving bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations
– Clean driving licence essential
– Ability to communicate effectively
– Open to learning new skills
– Checking stock into the warehouse and notifying of discrepancies
– Operating a fork lift truck
– High level of attention to detail
– Willing to comply with health and safety procedures at all times
– The role requires Manual Handling, so a good level of physical fitness is required
– Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic
This is a full time role, Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5pm
