We are currently recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our team at our Wandsworth branch.
Overview of role:
Warehouse operations involves the management and flow of our stock in and out of the branch. Good organisational, planning and communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining operations within the warehouse, branch transport and warehouse staff.
This role is pivotal in assisting us deliver a high level of customer service with superior levels of efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
• Picking/Packing customer orders and loading delivery vans
• Manage branch stock transfers and deliveries
• Receive & book in deliveries from Suppliers
• Maintain and proactively manage the flow of branch stock
• Re-stock shelves and keep the Stores tidy
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are strictly upheld
Skills & Requirements:
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within the electrical
Wholesale sector.
• You will be confident in using computer systems and working to processes.
• You will have the ability to delegate tasks and take the initiative.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: – Competitive

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales executive to join our team at our Wandsworth branch.
Overview of role:
As well as meeting our customers face to face, talking to our customers on the telephone and making outbound proactive sales calls is a key role in our business. As well as email, many of our customers deal with us via the phone so we need confident and friendly people who are motivated to pick up the telephone when it rings and handle all calls efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage customer enquiries and take their orders
• Generate new business by making outbound prospect calls
• Develop good communication skills to build strong customer relationships
• Take ownership of delivering for your customer and maintaining high standards
Your time will be split between a) managing existing accounts – including upselling, providing technical product advice, and b) finding new business.

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication skills including listening, verbal and written

Job Description:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and increasing branch sales.
You will need to be proactive in your approach and be confident on telephone, email, and with face-to-face interactions. The ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships will be vital.
Your time will be split between a) managing existing accounts – including upselling, providing technical product advice, and b) finding new business.
Looking after your customer and providing a first class collection/delivery service at every step will be your complete focus.
You will:

– Be determined to set and maintain high standards
– Have a natural instinct to provide excellent Customer service with regular follow ups
– Work well under pressure
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday 07:00am – 17:00pm.
